What Is Memory Loss
Do I have short term memory loss or a learning disability?
I am a mom of a two year old and a freshman in college. I did awesome in school last semester and got a 3.7 GPA but this semester I can’t remember things I learned two days ago. I am so frustrated because I will pass my math test on wed and by fri I can’t even do similar problems. I have also been very tired and sorta deppressed, or maybe just stressed. Most days I dont even want to go to school and I loved school in the spring.It is getting so bad that I am thinking about quitting school because I almost start crying in class cause I can’t remember anything.I never had a hard time remembering things before so I dont understand why I am now! It is not just at school either I have locked my keys in my apt close to ten times in the last 6 months. HELP!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?
it sounds like depression, which just wreaks your memory.
Since it is new, it is not a learning disability.
Talk to a doc, check into meds for depression,
consider seeing a neurologist for testing.
