how to improve memory and concentration?
I used to forget things easily … I can not remember things clearly, but about … I used to forget names, quantity, there …. my mind does not work … always wants to be white … I feel sleepy, if I force my mind to do something … so if someone point my mistakes ll ll get angry and scold me harshly .. school days I used to mourn over for no reason .. until now I am mourn, but with reason .. increases my complex … i am trying .. I do not know what to do … please tell me some way to increase my power of concentration and memory … if ll meditation helps me to tell me how to do ..
Pls have a deep sleep, always at night. Insurance meditation or wil help not only improve ur concentration also make normal or cool.
