Train Habitual Access to Photographic Memory

At first you need to realize that everyone has photographic memory! Some people make far better use of it. Others believe that it is any skill restricted to geniuses. The genius is within every human being so why do not we lose all the limiting values and begin!

Exactly where it is?
According to Neuro linguistic programming most of us gain access to memory space by pointing our eyes in the left higher corner of our eyesight. That is the reason why if you are teacher it is much better to leave the student searching for an answer on the ceiling. For left-handed people access point can be on the right side. It can be easily checked by asking a buddy regarding family-members and situations from past. Ask your friend to give you 5-10 or even 30 questions and observe where their eyes go in the first second.

How to use this knowledge?
Once you know how you should make requests to your memory, go for one more test. Ask your friend to ask you ten questions about things you would like to do in future. He will notice that your eyes go in the opposite direction. That is more than enough to be sure where to look whenever you need to remind yourself something. Once you start waking up your memory in such way you will notice that within just few days you have better memory. When I cannot remind myself something I just direct my eyes towards space on left from top of my head, and answer comes within seconds. The more you will use this system the better it will work.

Other ways of improving photographic memory.

1) Prepare several images along with plenty of information, observe as much details as possible and then go out from the room and start reconstructing these images in your mind!

2) When you go out from home take a quick look at books and choose one specific to remember. With time remembering books that were next to chosen one will come naturally.

3) Change small things in your flat and remember them. If you have many items that are kept in one line since three year it is time to start using them for your benefit.

Succeed in increasing your photographic memory condition thanks to developing new habits. It is the best possible way to train your mind and be sure of effects.

Memory Loss Old People

Do all older people lose their memory from 1930 to 1940?

My college professor said I'm on my peak at around 21 years of mental age. After that its downhill all the way because the human brain cells begin to die. Im as sharp as a knife right now, but wonder what might happen after I go past my peak interllectual. Is this age can people remember things, why not? As an older person how it has affected the loss of the memory of your life?

That's funny. "Capacity" is relative. When you are on top of taking new information? From birth to about 5. brain cell death is thought to begin in October. Neuroscience has shown that only the birth of brain cells continues throughout life. Wisedom you really do not have much until you have lived enough life to gain (ie more than 30-40). The brain is very plastic – when you lose established paths, but deviates or grow new ones. That's why people with brain injuries can recover much, if not all is lost due to damage, sometimes through the use of other parts of the brain that traditionally have nothing to do with that particular function. 30-40 People do not lose your memory unless they have a brain disease. It a challenge we have is something more to learn new things and having access to old stuff. The memories are still there. This age group also tends to be very concerned multitasking family, work, etc and yet still continue to learn (if desired)! Plus they have the perspective of past experiences as an advantage Comparison added. For some, maximum capacity in this age range. Basically, the more you exercise your brain throughout life, the stronger and more nimble to be (intellectual), which is not much different than the rest of your body.

Photographic Memory Training

How many times have you met someone a second or third time and they say to you, “Oh I’m sorry, I’m bad with names?” This is a common conversation, but it does not have to be that way. You can be different. You can decide to train your memory and stand out among the masses.

Why would you want to do this? Well, if you are in sales, this will be a huge contributing factor to your own success. Let’s be honest with each other here, we are all in sales to some extent. Every day we do things that qualify as selling, and improving your memory will make you better at it than the rest of the pack!

What about life? I am married, and I am constantly given tasks to do, or dates to remember, by my wife. One of her serious points of contention with me was my ability to remember seemingly trivial information yet forget the simplest tasks that she would ask of me. I decided to work on this fault, and I have since improved on my memory in its entirety. It has served to make things much smoother at home.

Have you ever met someone with an amazing ability to remember facts and figures, names and faces, or places and dates? Some people are born with an ability that may make it seem like it comes easily and natural to them, but the reality is that this, like any other skill can be learned. The first step is to stop limiting yourself and your abilities by saying things like, “I am bad with faces.” Right there, you are telling your subconscious mind that you are bad, so it has no choice but to continue in this pattern. Decide to day that you ARE good with faces and names, and start to make the change.

The next step is to commit to improving your recall skills. With names, make a habit of saying someone’s name to them in conversation at least three times within 15 minutes of meeting them. It will make them feel important, and begin to make you better.

There is much more to training the memory than what I have mentioned here. I decided to take a course in memory and recall techniques, and I strongly urge you to do the same. I will provide a link to the course that was so helpful to me in this article, so that you can begin your path to improvement. I would never suggest something I did not think was beneficial to you. If you make this great decision today, I congratulate you on a new beginning for many areas of your life. If you do not, what are you waiting for? Start improving your memory right now!
