Memory Studying

What can I do to help my memory? I'm studying for an AP European History Final Exam?

OK my AP Euro Final exam is Tuesday and I to study these 10 packets long and there are about 18 pages in a single package. I'm guessing that will take me about 8 hours and then have to read this book and I'm guessing I take about 5 hours and then have to study all these examination papers my teacher gave me and take me about 8 hours. So I have to study all these dates, people, places, and details about each event. I JUST bought a bag of almonds, I'm hoping they will help my memory. Is there anything else I can do to help my memory

when you use it to study for long periods of time, i used to take small breaks in the middle to make a nap or just close your eyes. summarize the high points of what they really need to know about packages. the use of words possible. write on a blank paper … basically make a new shorter study guide. occasionally close your eyes and try to remember what you just studied. more help to study a little and make sure they remember, after … instead of studying everything and remember everything we expect in the exam. Once I had to study and memorize 13 pages of notes and I only had 2 hours to study. I got an A with this technique. I've used throughout the university.
