Memory Recall
The success and failure at work depends greatly on the employee's ability to recover valuable data and implement if necessary. This requires focusing acute memory involving about oriented information that relates to the work of excellence. Memory approach is responsible for worker productivity, as it is directly connected with decisions in the workplace. Several factors can interfere with memory focus on the workplace and they are:
– Stress
– Illness
– Substance abuse
– Emotional health
Stress
Memory approach can be definitely affected by stress. This is because the tension bombarded cells brain with signs of stress and this has a direct impact on the chemical balance and connections neurotic and an employee may find that you are taking a toll in its approach with regard to memory. Substance abuse
The use of drugs like marijuana, cocaine, crystal methamphetamine ( "meth") and others that are popular on the streets can cause short and long term memory problems approach. Most companies now invest in drug testing at work and even regular random tests to see if employees are drug free. This is because these drugs directly affect the brain and its ability to concentrate.
Emotional health
Emotional health that may affect the employee's ability to focus. Studies have shown a relationship between emotional wellbeing of an employee and his approach to memory. For the sake emotional, we refer to employees of the state of mind and if there are feelings of stress that are turning to employee. Emotional stress can be caused by several factors, one being marital strife. Employees who have unstable marriages inevitably have problems with the focus of memory. The same applies to workers with severe financial difficulties.
These are the factors that affect the ability of an employee to excel and achieve maximum productivity levels. But with the right balance of discipline, the focus of memory can be achieved.
Focus, but not for long
If you feel you have trouble remembering facts it could be that you are multitasking while they are learning – and therefore never actually stored permanently in your memory. The trick is to concentrate on one thing while (especially when you are learning or hearing something for the first time), but to change one thing regularly throughout the day to stimulate brain areas new.
Meditate
The brains of people who meditate are generally larger and thicker than those of people who do not meditate – specifically in the areas responsible for attention, thoughts and emotions. Meditation enhances attention, which in turn helps to slow (or even reversed in some cases) the old loss related memory.
