Antioxidants can also benefit your entire body including the brain. Antioxidants bind free radicals that cause aging and as related to age loss of memory. It also analyzes the brain cells. Some examples of foods that have a large amount of antioxidants include tea, grains, red wine, strawberries and grapes.
You also need omega-3 fatty acids for your brain to grow and tryptophan to keep the brain working properly. Some foods containing these compounds are seafood, eggs, nuts, fish and cheese.
If you think your memory missing then you should look at your diet and start incorporating more foods that increase memory. Exercise is also very important for brain health.
