Improving Concentration Techniques
Will the West Indies finish with a draw VS Sri Lanka for 1/3 Test match 2008?
After a SL 476 for 8 (162.0 ovs) VS West Indies 1st innings.
Its now up to the SL bowlers to take out WI wickets for a SL Test match glory win near you.
The SL bowlers must use basic attacking methods & defensive strategies to improve for wickets.
If the SL bowlers can just use:
Concentration – to focus on the line to bowl for wickets only.
Proper balance alignment – Bowlers must keep the arms in close to the body during the run-up, be in posture, & the head high & steady with the SL bowlers eyes level throughout for wickets only.
Generate power – with acceleration in the run-up & the correct bowling technique, i think the SL bowlers can make the oppostion batting team not aim for a draw match.
WI batsman are no jokers of cricket however, i hope the SL bowlers will get to business & put pressure on the WI batsman for wickets only.
