HOW TO REMEMBER THE THINGS -IMPROVE MEMORY POWER
I believe in the say, “Charity begins at home” so firstly,I only have tried my papa’s advice and then given as the long lasts tips for you.
I assure this will help you a lot to remember the things, and to improve memory power.
I am just 20 years old; still I use to forget the things. I stay in a Gurukul (hostel), where we are given cupboards to keep the things. Even then I usually forget some of the important & daily useful things. Sometimes I could not get toothbrush, paste, combs etc. on time. I was so nervous as my friends and guardian started teasing my scattered mind. Then my father’s words gave me the strength to fight against this problem. And I decided to do something different from as usual.
Most of the peoples complain the doctors for their loose memory and always been tensed for their scattered mind. They think, they suffer from some neurological problems. A women forgets where she kept her beauty items, a man forgets forget his official documents, valet, and sometimes the important things. Students while going to the school or college forget the pen, pencil, or books. In hurry, we usually forget many things.
If anything like this, happening around you. Then you must read these tips.
- Always keep a pencilpen and a piece of paper with you: –
Whenever you are told to do some work, immediately write it on the paper. Keep this paper in that pocket where your hands go usually. So that every time you put your hands in pocket you will get that paper which will remind you about the work.
- Try to maintain a dailyweekly diary: –
Write the important events, things, moments in that diary. So that every time you will remind those events. This will also help to keep the things in touch with you.
- Managing plays an important role: –
Instead of blaming your super natural mind, try to manage the things work. Keep your daily utilities in such a place where you think is suitable. Books, pens, sac and all school matter or stationaries should be in a separate place.
- Live long fresh: –
Always feel fresh whenever you are doing some work. As with fresh mind you can do more work and that’s too easily.
- Don’t be tensed: –
A tensed mind usually keeps you away from doing a work.
- You need to brush up your mind: –
Refreshment to the brain is so important.
- Always be in a good mood: –
Don’t think of bad things. Always be in a good mood.
- Follow peace not cruelty: –
Scientific studies and epics say that calm minds can effort anything. But being cruel is something like doing some cruel with you.
- Keep yourself busy and follow the rules:-
You know it very well that “an empty vessel does sound”. However if you follow your daily routines, your own rules and regulation then this will help you to remember and to remind the tings easily.
I have followed myself and I have seen the change. Now it’s your turn to do so, if you think you really need some change in yourself. Hope you liked it.
