What are some good “brain foods” to eat before a big test?

I am wondering what is a good idea to eat for breakfast on the day of a big test. I have heard all kinds of opinions, and I was wondering what people think.

Blueberries, and eggs! Both known to improve test scores. I suggest you make an egg burrito in the morning, with a whole wheat tortilla, maybe put a bit of Monterey jack cheese, and avocado in there.

And maybe have a small kid sized bowl, of regular blueberries. On the side, or make a small blueberry shake, instead of throwing ice cream int he shake, either put regular water, or rice or almond milk, with no added sugar Then you can put in some flaxseed meal, strawberries, even spinach ( which you cant taste) strawberries, grapes or what ever
