Anime, what was Akira.?
So in the movie Akira like the other Espers was a boy with psychic ablitities, and through experimentation they increased it exponetially. So in the jail scene when the girl was explaining who Akira was, was she saying that humans use very little of their brain, and that Akira used his brain to its full potentional and used that power to turn his body into pure energy (hence the expolosion of toyko and start of WW3). Was she also saying that every living thing has a innate memory of all evolvution back to the beginning of time and that Akira was given the “power” not ment to be around till billions of years into the furture and that he was pretty much the final stage of evolution?
And im guess in the end of the movie, Akira teleports all the Espers, and Tetsuo away and all of them combining they powers created a new universe when they were their conciousness was kept.
Did i grasp the movie or am i total going in the wrong direction here.
